Doug Moss is a San Antonio native and a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in business administration. He worked in the business sector for a short time but wasn’t satisfied. He then joined the Fort Worth Police Department and moved to the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex.

      He was with the department for fifteen years serving in patrol, S.W.A.T., vice, bike patrol, and the police helicopter.

      The Fort Worth Police Department was where the majority of his crazy police work took place, but he also worked with a small police department, a suburb of Fort Worth, where the citizens were wealthy.

      For a short time, he was a private investigator working corporate undercover cases. This included surveillance, infiltration, and using hidden video equipment.

      Doug started writing fictional short stories based on his and other officers police experiences, having three of them published. Two are published on an internet site and the other is published in a book of short stories. There will be more to come.
